Home Visits

We also provide home visits for those that need them, in which we can provide osteopathy services in an environment that suits you. Please note that failing to provide a massage couch, the treatments could take place on a sofa or bed.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure you give at least 24 HOURS NOTICE so we can offer your appointment to another patient.

Missed / cancelled appointments on the day will incur a full charge of the fees.

Payment

We accept cards, cash and cheques. We also offer you to pay by BAC transfer, should you opt for a package of treatments. If you have private healthcare insurance, we ask you to pay for treatment on the day and will provide you with an invoice so fees can be claimed back directly from your insurance company.

Private Healthcare Insurance

We are registered with WPA, Pru Health, Aviva, Cigna and Simply Health. Before booking your appointment, please check the terms and conditions of your individual policy about the level of available cover and whether you need to be referred by your GP or a specialist.

Initially, I was struggling with lower back pain during the night, which was affecting the quality of my sleep. However, since starting my appointments here, my sleep quality has improved significantly, and I find myself waking up much less frequently in the middle of the night. Within just one session with her both issues were resolved. The latest occasion was for a variety of symptoms that had arisen from contracting covid a few months ago. I had really bad fatigue, brain fog, clogged ears, blurred vision. I was in a terrible way at my first appointment with her.
